This research is part of the initiative of the MSME Regional Observatory for Competitiveness and Productive and Sustainable Innovation. Its objective is to produce, systematize and provide knowledge on relevant aspects that affect MSME competitiveness, productivity and sustainable development. The Observatory seeks to proactively and projectively promote the leading role of MSMEs in economic and social integration and development.
